TrusteeApp was founded on a simple observation: most estates are over-litigated and under-structured. The instruments to fix that already exist — they're statutory, well-tested, and quietly powerful — but they're rarely brought together under one roof.
We are that roof. We draft the indenture, file the EIN, register where registration is required, and administer the trust for as long as the family or enterprise wants us to.
Our work is private by default and public only when statute demands it.
